Chi-town Christmas
What a special shoot this was. This job came at the end of 2020. After almost a whole year of stress and losing work because of the COVID quarantine, Chance the Rapper decided to create an incredibly special holiday film for his fans. I feel really fortunate to have been brought on this project after such a long year of uncertainty and loss. We were able to recreate some of my favorite sets: the Home Alone Living Room, the Fresh Prince of Bel Air Kitchen, the Step Brother’s Bed Room, a Chicago Ally Way and the Jingle Bell Rock Stage from Mean Girls. The build took place over a very intense 5 day period. We had hundreds of builders, painters and fine finishers working around the clock and it all came together so creatively for a truly unique holiday special.
